1.Products can replace free under conditions within one month after sale, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. We pay for the freight for domestic market.

2.Products can replace free within three years after sale if it cannot use due to the   quality problems, in the precondition of nonartificial damage. We pay for freight  only for the of domestic market.

3.The warranty time is One year. Within Warranty period, if under the usage of      instruction sheet, any product broken or damage, we will offer the repair service for free or replace for free. Beside the warranty days, we continue to provide life-long maintenance services mainly for some core components.

4.Warranty time is start with the date of manufacturer, If any special circumstances, the user, sales agents, manufacturers can negotiate. 

5.Even if within the warranty period, if the following occurs, certain maintenance costs will be charged

◆The malfunction and damaged caused by incorrect use, the unauthorized repairs  and alteration.

◆The damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary product damage.

◆The product malfunction caused by the fall and transportation failures after purchase.

◆The product malfunction caused by not in accordance with the user manual operation.

◆The malfunction and damaged caused by the other barriers (man-made factors   or external device).

6.In any case, this warranty card can not be a replacement, please be sure to keep this card and show it to the agents when you need repair or replace.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact our customer service team via telephone at 86-10-82540530, or via email at SERVICE@UNISTRNEGH.COM. If our customer service team determines that further assistance is required, they will give you a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package and including proof of your purchase date with the product. You must then send the product by mail or courier, with shipping costs paid by you. We will process your return and send your repaired or replacement product to you at our expense for product being shipped to locations in China. For product purchased or being shipped outside of China, please contact the local distributor from whom you purchased the product, or email SERVICE@UNISTRNEGH.COM to obtain further distributor information.
